These all look very yummy indeed. Later this year I am going to need to become the main cook in the house during the week, as my wife's work requires her to commute, mine doesn't.
Mushrooms on toast are the best, I always forget how wonderful they are. I like mine with a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard stirred through. I've never made Shakshuka so thats something new to try!
