Allegedly, Mark Zuckerberg wears jeans and a grey hoodie every day to work, therefore, removing the whole decision fatigue thing. I’ve also heard the same being said of people who buy a meal deal lunch; they pretty much buy the same thing. The shops clearly have the data on this, masquerading behind the “loyalty cards” 👌🏻
That's interesting! I think I've heard that before or there are some who really minimise their wardrobes down to the few same t-shirts and jeans - one less thing to think about!
Oh, god knows what the loyalty cards can tell about our shopping habits! To be fair, there's never that much choice in our local Tesco. But even when I go somewhere that has more choice, I usually pick the same things anyway!
